troubleshooting after installation

After I install your software, Windows XP did not recognize anymore my anti-virus software. I receive every time I logged a Windows security Alert. I desinstall your software and it did not correct the problem. I try maining things to correct the problem but nothing work. For this reason, I did not recommend your software and I will not buy it! If you can help me to correct the situation, it will be welcome.

Hi, I don't think it is the bug of MSN Track Monitor, because it is only a application level program, not a kernal level program, so it can't crash your anti-virus software.

Hi! My anti-virus works very fine but it is windows xp that did not recognize that it work...I think maybe your software modify one service in my PC or something like that and because of that, windows XP did not see that my anti-virus is installed and working correctly. I'm sure that your software is responsible for that because it was the only change that I do on my PC since many month.
